1. Campaign Period & Eligibility

1.1. Campaign Period: This campaign is valid from 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2026 (both dates inclusive).

2. Campaign Mechanics & Probability

2.1. Point Conversion: Users must spend 600 LalaPoints to unlock 1 spin on the wheel. Each spin constitutes one entry into the campaign.

2.2. "As Is" Basis: The Spinning Wheel is a promotional activity provided on an “as is” basis. Lalamove does not guarantee any specific probability, odds, winning rate, or availability of prizes.

2.3. Mechanics Adjustment: Lalamove reserves the right to adjust probabilities, prize structures, eligibility, or mechanics at any time without prior notice.

3. Usage & Velocity Limits

3.1. Each participant may only participate in a manner consistent with the intended and normal use of the campaign.

3.2. Lalamove reserves the right to impose usage limits at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

3.2.1. Maximum number of spins per hour, per day, or per campaign period.

3.2.2. Cooldown periods between spins.

3.2.3. Maximum points or total rewards obtained by a single account.

3.2.4. Velocity and frequency controls.

4. Prize Verification & Fulfillment

4.1. Coupon Rewards: Lalamove coupons won will be credited directly to the user's in-app wallet immediately, unless otherwise stated.

4.2. Physical Prizes & Vouchers: Winners of physical gifts and third-party vouchers must complete and submit the official prize fulfillment form (providing full name, contact number, delivery address, and email).

4.3. Delivery Timeline: Physical prizes will be processed after the campaign ends and dispatched within 7 to 14 working days (commencing post-31 August 2026), subject to verification.

5. Restrictions & Substitutions

5.1. Non-Refundable: LalaPoints redeemed for spins, as well as any rewards won, are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or credit.

5.2. Prize Substitution: Lalamove reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative item of equivalent value in the event of stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Fair Play & Abusive Conduct

6.1. Any participation exceeding reasonable and intended usage—including abnormally high spin frequencies, automated/scripted entries, multiple accounts or devices to bypass limits, or exploitation of bugs, technical glitches, or loopholes—will be treated as abusive behavior.

6.2. In the event of suspected abusive or irregular behavior, Lalamove reserves the sole and absolute discretion to:

6.2.1. Immediately suspend or terminate the participant’s access to the campaign.

6.2.2. Deduct, cancel, or reverse any unredeemed LalaPoints, rewards, or benefits obtained through the campaign.

6.2.3. Disqualify the participant from this campaign and/or future promotions.

6.2.4. Take enforcement actions without prior notice and without any obligation to provide compensation.

(Note: Where rewards or vouchers have already been redeemed and utilized, Lalamove is under no obligation to claw back used rewards, but retains full rights to reverse any unredeemed benefits.)

7. Campaign Modifications & Termination

7.1. Lalamove reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the campaign (in whole or in part) at any time for any reason—including technical issues, abnormal participation patterns, budget considerations, or to protect the integrity of the Rewards Programme—without prior notice and without liability.

8. Monitoring, Finality & Liability

8.1. Monitoring: Lalamove actively monitors participation patterns, spin frequencies, timing, and account behavior.

8.2. Final Determination: Lalamove’s decision regarding eligibility, prize distribution, or what constitutes abusive behavior shall be final, conclusive, and binding.

8.3. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lalamove shall not be liable for any loss of points, rewards, opportunity, or any other loss arising from campaign adjustments, suspensions, terminations, or actions taken under these terms.
